The Clément-Cormier Cavaliers defeated the Louis-J.-Robichaud Patriotes 5-0 in the championship game to capture the Dieppe High School Classic tournament title this past weekend. In the semi-finals, the Cavaliers needed shootouts to get a 3-2 win over the Riverview High Royals while the Patriotes edged the Louis-Mailloux Acadiens 3-2. Yanick LeBlanc of the Cavaliers, Samuel Ouellette and Jérôme Boudreau of the Patriotes, Evan Melanson of L’Odyssée Olympiens, and Jack McNeish of the Royals were selected to the tournament’s all-star team.
