The Clément-Cormier Cavaliers defeated the L’Odyssée Olympiens 9-2 to take the Eastern Conference title. Alex Ferguson (3), Yanick LeBlanc (2), Maxime Poirier, Damien Poirier, Mathieu Poirier, and Alexy Maillet scored for the Cavaliers. Patrick Haché and Devin Christie replied for the Olympiens. Goaltender, Olivier Dallaire, was credited with the win while Théodore Chaloux and Olivier Gauvin shared the goaltending duties for L’Odyssée.
In the 3rd place game, a goal from Maxime Doiron at 9:30 of overtime gave the Mathieu-Martin Matadors a 2-1 victory over the Riverview High Royals. Jared Steeves, of the Royals, and Yannick Godin, of the Matadors, scored the other goals of the game.Mathieu-Martin’s Xavier Duffy stopped 37 shots while Riverview High’s Lucas Burrows made 33 saves.
