Matadors and Olympiens qualify for provincials

The Mathieu-Martin Matadors and the L’Odyssée Olympiens have both swept their North-East regional series to secure their spot for the AAA provincial championship to be played in Edmundston from March 22^nd to 24^th.  The Matadors defeated the Miramichi Valley Pulamoo 7-1 and 12-1 in their two games while the Olympiens eliminated the ESN Rebelles with 6-3 and 6-2 victories.  The other teams participating in the provincial championship are the Kennebecasis Valley Blue Knights and the Cité-des-Jeunes Républicains.
In AA, the Tantramar Titans were unsuccessful in their North-East regional series against the W.-A.-Losier Bisons losing in two games by 6-3 and 3-2 scores.
